The 90-Day Startup Probation Guide

"Is there a way for me to start my business without doing all of the legal stuff right now?"

I get asked this question A LOT!!! The short answer to this question is "yes". However, I want to make sure I go on the record by saying "I don't recommend it". But, I also understand the fear of investing and starting a business, especially if this is your first time.

So, because I am a solution-oriented person, here's what I can offer as advice to do. I'm going to call this The 90-Day Startup Probation. So it's the same concept that many employers have as a policy for new employees, which is for them to work 90 days before being offered a permanent position with benefits. You can apply this same concept to your startup. Make sure you are clear what the product or service is that you will be selling. I would advise not selling more than 2 products / services during this period. I'm excited for you and proud that you are taking the next step to becoming a business owner!
